Our Strategy

The development of a comprehensive strategy for a company involving all functional areas requires a commitment of time and energy in the initial year. Outside consultants can only provide the analysis and research upon which a strategy can be based. The stockholders must communicate the vision for the company; management must set goals to accomplish that vision.

Impact’s role in that process is twofold. The first is that of facilitating the development of the strategy and long-range plans to support the strategy. The second is that of providing an unbiased factual foundation upon which the strategy will be based. Understandably, we cannot undertake this process for competing companies.

Therefore, while we are working with a client and for a substantial period thereafter, we will not engage in strategic planning for a competitive company.
